1999 - IADev Photo Archive

Posted by brad on 6th February 2007

1999 was the year we moved away from the North Sydney advertising types and deep into the hype that was the internet bubble. It was also the y2k year so apart from diverting all productive work to ensuring our 4 year old systems would cope we also got documented by the NSW photographic archives to depecit turn of the century workplaces, we were just hip and cool, and about to waste all our money on kidznet, libertyone, ERG, etc, etc…

1998 - IADev Photo Archive

Posted by brad on 6th February 2007

1998 was the year of the 200k user party (200k customers?!!?) and the amazing dabble at getting the pick dollar at left.

This was also the year where we grew so quick we all worried we didn’t know each other. Off we went and got a digital camera and set up a mug-shot intranet, the pictures from which make the bulk of this photo set.

1997 - IADev Photo Archive

Posted by brad on 6th February 2007

Hot on the heels of 1996 - here’s the 1997 photo set. Doesn’t look like we did much in 1997 either. Bob resigned and we wen’t to Bel Mondo’s…

Actually the wood panel homepage and the instant hooter’s girl kit were both pretty memorable :)

1996 - IADev Photo Archive

Posted by brad on 6th February 2007

Now that I’ve got the pro account on Flickr I finally have somewhere to dump all these pictures. I’m storing them in a set per year starting in 1996, 1995 was obviously too painful to remember in pictures :)

Oooh it ended in pain, but before then…

Click here to see the whole photo setIt started with such excitement: “Dairs Pa! Look! Is Pa!” Man the toys at this place, there was Pa’s sleek office space, but then uncle Rod toured Max through the warehouse, forklifts, pallet lifters, boxes to climb on. Memories came flooding back, I had to go skate on the pallet lifter again.

The first lap was a slow steady warmup, but by the second it was already too much fun, we were going faster and faster, heading into a tight left hander when “OUCH” disaster, Max has slid forward with finger under the wheel. Ensue half an hour of crying fair enough too I say, I’d be far worse. Then we ran off to the doctors. Managed a drive by of the Frank St addition, but not much else. Will have to get back soon to finish the tour.

Max’s First Day @ Pre-School

Posted by brad on 1st February 2007

The fiddy-monster-grub was far too keen to get to preschool standing at the door first thing in the morning ready to go, running into the playground leaving Gab a the gate. And finally when we got home that afternoon, not wanting to go in the house and instead asking to go back to school :)
